Before returning any
equipment or merchandise to Andrea Systems, LLC for repair or credit
you are required to receive an assigned RMA#. Upon receipt of your
request and subsequent approval, you will be assigned an RMA#.
You are then required to prominently display your RMA# on the
OUTSIDE of your shipped package, as well as on any documentation
included
inside your shipping container/box. This is for both your protection
and ours. Thank you.
