Andrea Systems LLC,
located in Farmingdale, Long Island, New York was originally
part of Andrea Radio Corporation, then part of Andrea Electronics
Corporation. For over seventy years, Andrea has provided
high quality, state-of-the-art communications technologies
for both military and commercial applications. We are a leader
in the manufacturing of audio amplifiers and intercom systems
for aircraft including:

Andrea Systems LLC
has a long and respected heritage, dating back to the 1930's.
- 1934: Andrea Radio
Corporation established
- 1942: Became the
first small business to be awarded the Navy "E"
Award for U.S. Defense Excellence in the Second World War
- 1961: Developed
and produced the audio center for the first manned space
capsule, Project Mercury
- 1970: Provided
advanced Avionic communications for helicopters and high
performance aircraft
- 1983: Delivered
an intercom product for high noise environments
- 1990: Andrea Radio
changed its name to Andrea Electronics
- 1999: Selected
to provide a next generation Audio Control unit for helicopter
use
- 2003: Andrea Systems
LLC, an independent company, is created from the Aircraft
Communications Products Division of Andrea Electronics Corporation
- 2005: Andrea Systems expands product line with UH-60 Fuel Boost Pump control panel
- 2006:
Andrea Systems expands product line with UH-60 De-icer Panel
- 2007:
Andrea Systems develops the A81-123 Amplified Coast Guard
Cable for Gentex.
- 2009:
Andrea Systems introduces the new upgraded C6533A(A301-1A)
which utilizes the latest digital switching technologies;
has new features and options.
